My Company is heavily vested in the EOS process. If you are familiar with it, each quarter you have a meeting to focus on Rocks/Challenges the company faces. One of my Rocks covers Governance. I do not have experience in this area, but understand the general concepts. Anyone in the board want to give me any ideas on where to start looking and what to focus on. I want to keep this simple for the first crack at this so we are only going to focus on NetSuite at this point. We use the CRM/Purchasing/Account mods currently. Do you split up Governance and hold each team accountable for their data or do you hold the Admin accountable.
